This Website is intended exclusively for healthcare professionals. However the Sponsor and MCM recognize that others will visit this site, and welcome them to do so.

The educational materials and applications on this Website are designed to support better overall understanding of resource utilization in the managed care setting and in that way, help healthcare professionals make more informed disease management decisions that can promote the delivery of high quality, cost-effective care. This Website is not intended to provide information relating to a particular patient’s own health and wellness goals or concerns.
